This was a superb opportunity to build a one off, new dwelling on a green field site.

Our clients wanted to create a unique sustainable dwelling using green oak frame construction and modern building techniques. The solution was to design a green oak frame in conjunction with Carpenter Oak Ltd that utilised steel joints rather than traditional techniques.

The building includes a green oak frame 'wrapped' in SIPs panels to create a highly insulated building, the high quality windows and the ventilation system further contribute to the eco credentials of this beautiful family home.
