The house was originally built in the 1950's but was in need of renovation and an update to make it suitable for modern family living. The site, a large plot on a highly sought after private road, benefits from a beautiful mature garden to the rear.

The solution was to create a new heart to the home containing the kitchen and dining room. This is in the centre of the house with living room and family room either side to create a south facing enclosure making the most of the fantastic garden. A new garage, driveway and landscaping gives a new look to the front facing the road.

The simple construction with cedar cladding, 'through colour' render and high quality windows and doors will be low in maintenance and last the family for many years.
